You strive for career growth and welcome challenging experiences.You are Wallenius Wilhelmsen's Operations Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Supervisor you will:Oversee operations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen's Vehicle Processing Center.Lead continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets.QualificationsYour background and experience include:3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience.SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills.A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience.A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.Your work style:
