Avoid engaging in unsafe acts; correct or report unsafe conditions in their work area and Investigate accidents (root cause).**Main responsibilities**:- Avoid engaging in unsafe activity, correct and report unsafe conditions in your work area.- Avoid engaging in unsafe acts; correct or report unsafe conditions in their work area and Investigate accidents (root cause).- Perform the Chemical Analysis, Check the Metal Temperature and Gas Level.- Ensure timely delivery of the metal to the molding area and avoid as many delays as possible.- Adequate administration of Work Resources (personnel, equipment, budget).- Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and Promote an adequate work environment that allows increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned resources.- Ensure that adequate Combustion of Maintenance Furnaces and Reverberators is carried out.**Requirements**:- Completed bachelor's degree and university degree.- Collaboration and teamwork, Communication and active listening, Team management, Customer focus.- Ability to work under pressure and ability to delegate routine work.- Use of computer and knowledge SAP system.- Basic English.- Knowledge of procedures.
