ObjectiveAvoid engaging in unsafe acts; correct or report unsafe conditions in their work area and investigate accidents (root cause).
Main Responsibilities:Avoid engaging in unsafe activity, correct and report unsafe conditions in your work area.Investigate accidents (root cause).Perform the chemical analysis, check the metal temperature and gas level.Ensure timely delivery of the metal to the molding area and avoid as many delays as possible.Adequate administration of work resources (personnel, equipment, budget).Comply with the internal work regulations and promote an adequate work environment that allows increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned resources.Ensure that adequate combustion of maintenance furnaces and reverberators is carried out.Requirements:Completed bachelor's degree and university degree.Collaboration and teamwork, communication and active listening, team management, customer focus.Ability to work under pressure and ability to delegate routine work.Use of computer and knowledge of SAP system.Basic English.Knowledge of procedures.
