**Job Description**:
As an
**Operations Supervisor** you will:

- oversee operations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen's Vehicle Processing Center
- Lead continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost -efficient work environment that meets performance targets

**Your background and experience include**:

- 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience
- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
- Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills
- A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
