Overview:Ensure compliance with internal and external industrial and environmental safety regulations, creating a safe environment preventing occupational risks and diseases, ensuring the physical integrity of internal and external personnel, as well as the company's equipment and facilities, coordinate compliance with the environmental program and the monitoring of CTPAT processes.ResponsibilitiesAudits: Schedule and perform internal and external audits, identify deficiencies in processes, systems or activities, through root cause analysis and investigation of incidents and/or accidents.Training: Create training programs and delivery of courses, whenever necessary.Management of legal regulatory requirements: Integration of plans in case of emergencies, Emergency Brigades, Joint Commission on Safety and Hygiene, Civil Protection, STPS.Policies: Develop, implement and/or communicate Safety, Hygiene and/or Environmental Policies.Communication: Maintain necessary, effective and collaborative communication with the areas of interaction and stakeholders.Validation: Verification of activities of the Safety and Hygiene Commission, safe working conditions (routine and non-routine).Environmental conditions and risk management: Identification, evaluation and analysis of risk management. Investigation of accidents and incidents, determine the causes and recommendations to prevent their recurrence.Industrial Safety: Develop the documentary part of Safety, Hygiene and Work Environment (Procedures, formats, etc., in order to contribute to continuous improvement).Reports and indicators: Monitoring and management of safety indicators and actions derived from the results, presenting accident reports.Purchase Management: Track purchases that are required for security.In case of absence of the supervisor, he will release the kronos of inspectors and coordinate activities of both yards.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering).Knowledge:Office Parcel / Excel, Word, PPT.OSHAS Management and Safety Systems.ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard.National and international standards and regulations on safety and hygiene and occupational health, and legal.Laws, regulations and statutes relating to the area of industrial safety, environmental protection and occupational health.Civil Protection, STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA (Federal, state, municipal).Experience: Minimum 1 year.Required Language: Basic English.Availability to travel: Eventual local displacements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
