Operations Team Leader C

Overview:Design, implement, manage, and improve production processes and systems. Optimize work methods in labor and equipment. Investigate and analyze the production process, anticipating the problems or risks of the operation, proposing changes and improvements in them.
ResponsibilitiesTracking metrics, Scorecard, and daily filling of KPIs by department (WOW System).Creation of methods and work instructions.Follow-up to root cause analysis.Study of time in the processes.Perform T3 audits of the WOW system.Monitoring of cross-audits of processes: SOP, Final Quality, 5s, and EHS.Coordinate and respond to T2 audit of the WOW system.Ensure compliance with the WOW system.Update and validate work instructions.QualificationsEducation: Industrial Engineering or related career.
Knowledge: Troubleshooting tools, office suite, KPI management, AutoCAD, Minitab, Core tools, Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomics.
Experience: 1 year. Required language: Basic English. Availability to travel: 25%.
