Operations Team Leader C

**Overview**:
Follow up on Safety and Hygiene activities and programs, establishing a safety culture and reducing accident rates by complying with internal requirements.

Review of personnel in security compliance
- Generate routes for risk detection
- Accident rate monitoring
- Carry out training on security issues
- Management of safety and environmental procedures
- Attention to internal audits
- Administration of personal protective equipment
- Compliance and monitoring of the security system (SAFETY FIRST, SCM)
- Risk management and control
- Security induction delivery
- Execution and monitoring of the emergency plan.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, recent graduate, intern or truncated or to end. security technicianKnowledge: - STPS rules
- Civil protection
- Risk analysis and hazard prevention
- Standard vehicle handling
- Office packageExperience: 3 months in the area of industrial security with a Bachelor's Degree, technical (6 months or more)Required language: Basic English (Optional)Availability to travel: No
