Operations Team Leader

**What you will do**:

- Overseeing quality and engagement (driver events, activities, incentives), drivers' partnerships, invoices process.
- Oversee fiscal information follow ups.
- Liaise with teams from BR and HK for any requirements, make sure every point is aligned and executed correctly.
- Budget design and follow ups.
- Main person in charge for MX Operatios Acquisition, Cash Out Process, Surcharge (depends on response rate).

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience managing a team;
- Call Center experience;
- Easiness with numbers and reports, being able to build your own controls;
- Availability to take meetings with people on different time zones;
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collect proper and valuable feedback from people up, down and sidewards;
- Flexibility to be affected by changes and react to them positively and timely;
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
