Zubale is the white label instacart for Latin America that enables retailers to win in eCommerce.
We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies and fashion brands to integrate our technology with their order management systems and fulfill the order end-to-end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer.
In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs to provide only in store services (stocking, demos) and last mile services (express, same day, next day)
We have achieved aggressive growth in 5 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 8 million jobs.
Today we serve 80 customers and have daily jobs available in over 20,000 store locations in more than 100 cities.

You are a highly skilled individual that can work independently and have passion for execution.

You can execute different strategies driven by data, while also manage a group of people that will report remotely.
You are an individual excited to be in charge of a specific region of the country.
You own your territory with deep analysis and excecution.
**What You Will Do**
- Analyze, create and execute strategies to improve the NPS of end customers.
- Visit stores to review processes and find improvement opportunities.
- Own and improve operational KPIs such as NPS, training score, user churn.
- Convert raw data into insights to improve user retention and customer satisfaction
- Manage with the customer the implementation of strategies.
- Create new operational processes to improve our service
**The Skills and Experience You Will Bring**
- 2-4 years of full-time work experience in operations
- Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and in English
- Advance Excel, Google Sheets
- Data-driven with the ability to pull numbers to drive decisions
- High sense of urgency
- Located in Monterrey, Mexico
- Nice to have: Prior experience in gig economy platforms & early startups.
