Operations Vice President

At HSBC, we are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. This role is responsible for overseeing post-trade support activities, including collateral transaction processing, monitoring, and settlement operations for US businesses.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management and running global teams, with a strong understanding of Asian and European markets for settlements operations. They will also have a firm understanding of LEAN and 6 Sigma methodologies and be able to demonstrate adequate knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, stock lending products, operational risks, procedures, and controls.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing oversight for trade monitoring, collateral, and settlement operations for US businesses, leading investigations and resolutions of failing transactions, and acting as an escalation contact to resolve settlement issues and collateral disputes.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
