Company DescriptionLocated 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.Our strategy is shown in the Excellence Wheel, we are driving the change to be the Plant No. 1 in North America.**Job Description**:- This position as Part of "Transform2Grow" (T2G) Program in Electric Drives - North America (ED-NA) under the Controlling area and target line to the regional T2G Project Management Leader- Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of improvement measures for the operative improvements that lead to the achievement of the ED-NA goals- Perform in-depth, content-driven and neutral analysis of lever areas, while challenging the main measures and their robustness- Support the regional lever heads to define the steering method (KPI) in Forecast, Business Plan, as well as to derive new measures and take actions from commercial aspects- Develop the Regional Target Deployment for Business Plan in cooperation with Plant Controlling and North America Controllers- For the lever Value added (productivity, OPC, budgets, improvements on cycle time), support analysis and execution of operative measures including data preparation for APC analysis and evaluation of measure execution and gap to target for Satellites, ED North America Plants.- Drive economical evaluations for Material Localization project.- Define and execute the Measure Tracking under the Controlling processes and tools, ensuring defined measures are planned, tracked and linked to EBIT- Support the lever heads in any communication, steering based on measure robustness check- Support preparation T2G meetings with Top Management, as well as Business Plan, Business Unit meetings, etc.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, International Management, Industrial Engineering or related field- Experience in Project Management, Controlling and/or Value Stream Manager- Independent, structured, goal and result-oriented mindset- Excellent analytical skills, high commitment and resilience, good communication skills in different hierarchical levels1 - Detail-oriented2 - Proactive3 - Collaborative4 - Outgoing5 - Self DrivenAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
