Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of production within the distribution area.
This includes assembly, test, packaging, inventory control, shipping, and any other tasks required to meet production targets.
Description:
Ensure that all applicable processes and procedures are followed during the entire order process.
Identify and escalate all issues impacting customer orders and work with the responsible parties until a resolution is implemented and the order ships.
Perform/coordinate "engineering experiments" necessary to root cause product/process issues, qualify new parts or process/test changes, and/or support order processing activity.
