**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain molding equipment to produce flawless rack products
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve ambitious targets
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience as a Rack Molding Operator or similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
