**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**
The OPEX Analyst supports all Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives, trainings, activities, and events, and provide administrative support as assigned. The analyst is responsible for supporting all Customer Service divisions and leadership team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; H5 Metrics reports creation and mainteinance, Time Studies and Standard time Setting, Process Improvement Projects and other adhoc tasks as identified and assigned. This position is expected to be able to work independently as well as able to participate in a team
**Job responsibilities**
A. Develops Power Bi Dataflows, Dashboars and Flows to track and mantain EatonCare H5 Metrics.
B. Develops other Microsoft Power platform tools as needed
C. Assists in the ongoing development and improvement of EatonCare program policies and procedures.
D. Tracks EatonCare policies and procedures compliance
E. Supports the Six Sigma Certification program by helping developing appropiate material.
F. Supports EatonCare Staff as needed
G. Supports Gemba Walks process and analysis
H. Participates in problem solving teams and special projects as needed to improve processes.
I. Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

- Industrial or Systems Engineering

**Technical knowledge**
1. Strong database skills in general.
2. Proficient in MS Office and MS Power tools
3. Ability to read, listen and write in English
4. Excellent writing skills and ability to constructively review and edit documents
