HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.**YOUR TASKS****Job Objective.*****Improvement of productivity and economic efficiency in the production area assigned with the help of industrial engineering methods of work and system design under ergonomic, material flow and value-adding aspects and by means of support of the compensation types and work time models introduced in compliance with operational and pay scale agreements.Providing support during planning and steering of the Operational Excellence Road Map, managing OE projects at individual locations.Carrying out some improvement measures within production and in functions close to production; analyzing suggestions for improvement for a HELLA production system and implementing measures to increase efficiency during assembly, preproduction, logistics and administration.Assuring of an up-to-date and reliable data basis for calculation, capacity planning and costing and for the continuous improvement process by acquiring data, among other things, of main and secondary processing times, additional and waiting times and setup times and associated indices.**Duties and Responsibilities**:**Operational Excellence.**- Provide support in the implementation of the respective tools, ensuring coherence and uniformity of the methods and tools in cooperation with the plant manager.- Support regular Operational Excellence Road Map reviews.- Prepare the improvement plan as well as carrying out Road Map activities in agreement with those responsible.- Investigate the production and production-affiliated areas with the aim of illustrating improvement potentials in the workflow and setup organization, as well as analyzing causes and deriving appropriate measures.- Involvement in preparing suggestions for improvement and taking over the interface function to CIP; Initiating improvement processes based on the procedure to be used (HelPS); implementing suggestions for improvement as well as necessary measures; forwarding the results to the functions responsible.- Analyze improvement projects with regard to workflows, IE tasks, logistic concepts, processes and work systems in the production and service areas
