**Job Description**:
This is a hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
What you will do:
Identify opportunities to improve GMM's profitability, support idea generation workshops, data analytics and execution
Support team leaders to break silos and roadblocks, escalate as appropriate
Review progress of projects and schedule follow up meetings
Keep financial tracking of Top 5 Initiatives and OpEx projects to report out to MEC
Align continuous improvement to the strategic plan and assist in establishing business goals for the functions
Support the OPEX deployment within the GMM organization to drive value creation for the customer
Track and improve Business Plan metrics and Dashboard, maintain SharePoint and databases
Function as OPEX Business Leader
Participate and lead OpEx weekly business meetings
Coordinate Transactional, Data Analytics and other OpEx trainings
Give recognition and completion diplomas to participants
Track NPS and develop executive presentations
Engage in OPEX projects as needed and document OpEx processes
Responsible for ILM activities
**Additional Job Description**:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business from an accredited institution.
- Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred
- Advanced English level
- 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or transactional areas.
- Experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, or Project/Program Management.
- Knowledge of statistical software tools such as Minitab
- Strong focus on execution.
- Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
- Previous experience simplifying strategy into simple actions.
- Deals with ambiguity effectively
- Demonstrated ability to have the critical/crucial conversation to overcome objections and road blocks
