You will be of great help to our workplace.This role is responsible for leading the preparation of personnel in Lean-sigma and managing the program of the portfolio of improvements that help to raise the performance of established processes and systems, including but not limited to: EHS, Opex, Operations, Quality, Reliability and Warehousing.- Facilitate, identify, plan and direct the different Lean (Kaizen) events in the plant with the aim of implementing improvements within the processes they carry out to promote and improve the culture of Continuous Improvement.- Create the strategy for managing the portfolio of improvements, together with the Continuous Improvement Team Leader,- Facilitate and create the Lean-Sigma training program, defining the Lean-Sigma levels for each business unit.- Demonstrate training in the Lean and Six Sigma tools, following the Lean-Sigma training plan.- Preparation of the didactic and electronic material required for training.- Ensure compliance with safety obligations and follows up on SLSWs (Safety Leader Standard walk) and creation of yellow cards as required.- Demonstrate personal coaching and mentoring to carry out projects and improvements.**Requirements**:- Professional education: Bachelor's degree- ENGLISH: Advanced level.- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing environments carrying out the following activities.- At least Green Belt active for 2 or more years.- Lean manufacturing and six sigma training.- Facilitate Kaizen events.**Tu pasión por superar las expectativas te convierte en la elección correcta**:**Por tu propia experiência como cliente(a), sabes el poder que tiene que te atiendan, te traten correctamente y te hagan sentir muy importante.
