**Job Purpose**:
Generate a culture of continuous improvement in the Company, based on the philosophy of the DPS Production System and Industrial Engineering, in order to improve the quality of the Company's processes and services and thus satisfy the needs of customers, in order to ensure that it complies with internal requirements. of the client, of the Corporate and of the IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standard.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Define the strategies for the implementation and monitoring of the DOS production system, based on the client's requirements, so that the program is fulfilled in a timely manner.
Follow up on Continuous Improvement projects (Workshops & Jishuken) related to Lean Manufacturing, by identifying and improving areas of opportunity, in order to make processes and products more efficient and meet customer needs.
Coordinate Tournaments of the "MejorDOS" program (Team building, training, follow-up to the fulfillment of weekly meetings and the development of projects as well as the presentation and awarding of the tournaments)
Coordinate the "DOS Jr Certification" Program for Salary Employees.
Coordinate the internal meetings of Lean Manufacturing with the personnel involved, in order to follow up on the defined activities, as well as to seek the necessary resources for the achievement of their projects.
