Job DescriptionResponsibilities may include a combination of the following functions:Existence of all SAP Labor Standard Cost (Rate Routings, Production Versions, Work Center Creations) for all assemblies from Southwest Manufacturing plants and Distribution Centers.Compliance with the NOM 036 (ergonomics).Manage and standardize the Lean Management, Continuous Improvement Systems, and Industrial Engineering, MP / DDO system updates.Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review through Lean Six Sigma Green Belt tools.Focused on waste identification & elimination through a robust training program.Leads projects of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and is capable to train and coach using Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology.Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined.Provides direction, training and coaching to employees according to established policies and management guidance.Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting of objectives.Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects / schedules, etc.Provides general supervision to lower-level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees.Certification: Lean-Sigma Black BeltProject Savings: Projects with a minimum of $200K cumulated savingsEducation:Master's degree (preferred)BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.Experience:Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish)#J-18808-Ljbffr
