- through the Phillips SQDC Production System throughout the organization. Belonging to a rotating program. This type of professional development rotation program is a form of professional development that enables new hires or recent graduates to move across various departments or positions within a company. The purpose of these programs is to offer participants a broad range of experiences and skills, and expedite their career growth by exposing them to diverse aspects of the business.
**Our Team**
The Operational Excellence team, or OpEx team for short, helps all employees to participate in the management and enhancement of processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes. The team uses work processes and change management skills to speed up the realization of sustainable improvement plans. The OpEx team's tasks and roles are to change employees and the company for the better through operational excellence.
**What You Will Do
- Implement a Lean Manufacturing culture free of MUDAS.
- Training for direct/technical staff.
- Participation in events, training, and workshops.
- Constant communication with multidisciplinary teams at the corporate level.
- Participation in the Gemba
- Manufacturing floor.
- Execute the 5's and perform balancing.
**Who You Are**
- Recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Excel and Macros.
- Advanced English.
- General knowledge of Continuous Improvement
- Lean
- and/or preferably basic statistics.
- Knowledge of 6 sigma.
- Communication, teamwork, desire for improvement, leadership, and motivated by contribution.
