Descripción General:
OPEX Specialists are process owners and system experts for Logistic Operations processes and systems (SAP, eSystems and other automation tools) used by the Customer Experience organization. They focus on process and system improvements and troubleshooting.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Regional process owner and expert
- Business Rules: Work closely with CX, other Supply Chain functions and Commercial to ensure business rule alignment and adherence.
- System key user for SAP, SAP interfaces, logistics tools (TMS, INTRA), Order Cockpit 2.0. System maintenance and support
- Lead and support process and system troubleshooting for Customer Experience
- Knowledge retention - ensure regular review of process documentation.
- Focus on process and system improvements and automations to support day-to-day activities of Customer Experience
- Link between IT and system users to translate business requirements.
- Support projects as process and/or system specialist.
- Leader for small projects i.e., new plant set-up
- Support development of training material
- Trainer for "Train the Trainer" concept
- Experienced system tester who can also develop test scripts and leads test cycles i.e., SIT, UAT
Competencias:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- System Know-how: SAP, SAP interfaces
- 3-5 years in Logistics, Warehousing and Import & Export
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced process thinking and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and hands-on mentality
- Agility and conflict-solving skills
- Positive change mindset and ability to motivate users to embrace change.
- Stakeholder management including ability to network and be a strong team player.
- Fluent in English
