.**Eaton's CRDS division is currently seeking OPEX Manager to join our team.** This position is based at our Juarez FacilityThe OPEX Manager is responsible to improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Business System to ensure the business meets strategic plans, growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Lean Six Sigma support to the Quality System, and Lead the plant's effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria.Some activities related with the position will be:Support and Facilitate the Strategic Alignment Events with all Senior Managers in the PlantDrive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence and OpA processes throughout the organizationDrive Eaton Lean Six Sigma deploymentIdentify and eliminate process variations resulting in external and internal failures through: EQS, ELSS and other tools and processesLean Enterprise including supplier and customer linkageTo provide the necessary support so that the policy of industrial safety is respected in all its content, as well as to contribute to the success of the implementation of MESHDrive the follow-up of the Strategic Alignment PlanTo develop other activities as they are assigned**Qualifications**:**Required (Basic) Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in Engineering.- Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering- Bilingual: English/Spanish.- Knowledge/Understanding of the Eaton Business System (EBS)- LEAN Enterprise and Six Sigma- Advanced Manufacturing Technologies- Project management- Quality Systems- Advance computer knowledge- CQE and/or CQM certification by ASQ- Gets Results through Self & Others.- Demonstrates our Leadership Style.- Build Organizational Capability.- Thinks & Acts Strategically.LI-AM4What you will get from usEaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
