Eaton's ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a OPEX Manager.

Drive Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma implementation throughout the plant, including manufacturing and administrative areas, providing the resources and mentoring key contributors to ensure successful implementation to enable the plant to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory Targets.
Ensure alignment with Eaton Global CI and LSS Strategies and promote OpA standardization. "
**Job responsibilities**
A. This position provides overall leadership for OPEX.
B. Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation in all manufacturing and administrative areas, and sustain the results achieved.
C. Defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Eaton Business System by utilizing the Eaton Lean System, 6 sigma, and prelaunch.
D. Provide leadership that will enable subordinate personnel to develop and deploy the EBS toolbox: Eaton Lean System, Six Sigma, and prolaunch.
E. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
F. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available program rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
G. Providing Training and mentoring to Key contributors based on ELSS Criteria, Continuous improvement Frame work, Rapid Improvement Event.
H. Driving Continuous Improvement Efforts based on Key Metrics.
I. Leading the CI Council.
J. Leading Productivity Council - Cost Savings Management.
K. Drive the Continuous Improvement Framework Initiative.
L. Drive ELSS and OpA Internal Audit team and conducts training and audits. Develops implementation plans with Business Team and Operational Leaders after annual audits. (Tactical Plans)
M. Conducting ELSS Assessment or Trainings on others Eaton Facilities.
N. Supporting EBS Deployment leading the ELSS implementation.
O. Supporting EBS pull process

**Qualifications**:
- Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.
- 7-10 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment. "
- Requires extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma knowledge; Problem Solving Methodologies; Green Belt certification & Black Belt certification (preferable); Project Management foundations, Basic knowledge in Finance - Project costing.
- Strategic mindset, BOC, Efficient, Transparent, Ethical, Analytical, Executive Communication Skills
