Ops Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:- The Payroll Sr Analyst performs business analysis support for an HR and Payroll operations organization; Creates and manages thedocumentation of internal procedures and business requirements.- Executes test plans and identifies and documents discrepancies found through the ability to accurately assess output against expected results; Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, communicates issues and results clearly, and retests as required.- Creates and run data verification reports utilizing queries.- Interacts with customers on production and project support.- Plans and execute complex projects and coordinate over a broader departmental spectrum.
