Responsibilities:Responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing engineering plans and projects, quality requirements, and/or testing and troubleshooting systems. Assignments may include preparation of test and diagnostic programs, design of statistical analyses to measure products and processes, and development of manufacturing strategies and plans.2 Year minimum of experience in a similar positionBS in Engineering Discipline**Responsibilities**:Provide leadership, direction and motivation to ensure the accomplishment of safety, quality and productivity metrics.Plan and implement daily workflow and production activities for cost efficiency.Establish and maintain a production reporting system identifying delivery and productivity status.Manager labor reporting Ensure proper material controls and transactions Maintain good housekeeping within the facility.Coordinate with engineering services for release of approved documents. Coordinate the implementation of changes in a cost-effective manner.Provide analysis and make recommendations for quality, cost and capacity issues. Initiate and follow through on corrective actions.Develop and sustain programs to minimize absenteeism and/ or turnover. Provide support for future process expansion.Assist in start-up activities.Has authority to approve procedures impacting assembly, quality, etc., via established processes.Has authority to reject materials based on non-conformance to a standard. Has authority to assign work center activities including labor assignments.
