Role description:
Give a primary response to the different requirements generated by the bank, providing support and management with all the internal areas that make up AIG.
Primary Responsibilities
1- Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure that the transfer of information of the different movements, New Business, renewal, endorsements, is carried out correctly from the Santander system to the AIG system.
- Analysis and follow-up of special cases, attention to incidents
- Execution of rate change tests
- Follow-up of return of premiums, declared and closed total losses
- Management of return of unaffected risks
- Rehabilitation due to accidents and cancellation due to salvage
- Database reconciliation
2- Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct operation of the account
- Generation of reports, general and participant issuance
- Notification and monitoring of pending issuance, cancellation and RCO issuance
- Comply with the Slá established for each service received, as well as the registration and closure of the services provided.
