**Description**:**Purpose****Essential Duties**- Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.- Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations- Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.- Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes- Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.- Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System- Act as a mentor and leader for entry-level roles**Other Duties**- Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly- Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education- Minimum four years of Relevant Experience- Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience- Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.- Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.- Google Suite experience- Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge**Preferred Qualifications**- Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment**Competencies**- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Collaborates effectively with others- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives.- Ability to facilitate meetings and enable discussions that lead to resolution and communicate results.- Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors.
