The field operation manager takes responsibility for a stage/package/section of installation within the project contracted installation scope.Execution of equipment installation activities in the field and onboard according to project planning and Installation Supervisor orientations and instruction.Position in the OrganizationOrganization Structure:Operations / Regional Center / Industrial & Field Operations / Installation TeamOrganizational Reporting:Direct reporting: Installation Supervisor / PrIMKey Network & Links:Installation Supervisor / PrIM, Field Operations Installation Team – Work and DesignPerformance MeasurementQuality of installation activities (Number of Punch Points).Productivity as per reference Library2, PPI filling with the Installation Supervisor.Issue of Red and Yellow drawing reports.ResponsibilitiesThe Installation Team Leader or the Installation technician will assume all worker responsibilities as follows:Execute specific installation activities according to the design documentation and Installation Supervisor orientation/instruction.Comply with EHS procedures and maintain PPE defined by EHS. Ensure collective protections are in place and alert the supervisor/PrIM whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS risk is identified.Ensure the right means to perform the installation, including:Tools calibratedUnderstanding of drawings and Method statementRight materialAccurate knowledge/training for performing the workPerform activities with quality – No deviation versus drawings and method statement = No punch point.Report and alert the hierarchical superior if any risk, difficulties, or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, quality, and/or performance of the work.As Team Leader/Capataz, the following responsibilities will also be assumed:Manage the team for performing a task in a work location: Review up-to-date documentation, verify tools, verify skills, train workers if required, verify availability of material and equipment for the team to perform the tasks required, and ensure access is given for performing the work.Perform reports as per request to the Installation Supervisor/PrIM: Daily progress report, survey report, anomaly report, EHS report, preparation of handover report
