.As an OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SENIOR MANAGER, you will be a leader within the Optima Solutions organization supporting one or more customer accounts and product layers to deploy the Optima strategy and all the standardized and systematic methodologies for the most cost-efficient management of our activities at the teams of those accounts.
You will manage either all aspects within an extended region or for certain product segments globally.Yo will be report to General Manager, Optima Solutions, Americas.
**Key Responsibilities**- Improve organizational optimization by using geographic and team, with a constant focus on minimizing all costs associated with the delivery of required services through the establishment of an organization that and are looking fors opportunities to be more efficient in all phases of activity while meeting the needs for customer support and additional services according to the account strategy.- Assure that Secure Launch is being used and monitors the launch activity.- Direct and guarantee that all aspects of Launch activities within the account, in compliance with PPG WAY pillars such as Safety, Quality, Business Conduct, Code of Ethics, Product Stewardship, export control.- Contribute to the development of demand planning processes, is a gatekeeper for new technologies and products, and, working with the account director, is an important voice in the development of Customer strategies.- Conduct reviews of all metrics and lead topic-specific projects to identify and eradicate the causes of persistent problems.
**Qualifications**- + 15 years' experience in a commercial or technical service role with a record of leadership, sales achievements, and people management.- Bachelor in Engineering.- Experience managing across regional, country and team boundaries.- Financial management skills.- Market, customer awareness and product technical knowledge are necessary.- A large team and interface with technical, sales, marketing and manufacturing management.- Required travel 25%- Fluent English.
