The Oracle ERP Technical & Functional Support provides production support, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting across modules or systems and serve as a liaison between technical development team and the business to manage the development of system enhancements, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
What You'll Be Doing: Supporting internal clients with the Oracle Financial Suite ERPActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceUses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processesUser Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issuesAnalyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for developmentIdentify innovative solutions to business issues in technical developmentImprove process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.Implementation and support knowledge of Oracle release R12 version of Oracle Financials is essential (AP, AR, Collections, GL, Web center).In-depth level knowledge of Finance and Operations, Cost Management.1+ years of experience in writing and executing SQL queries as that will be required for analysis of issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English. The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: High-level flow and knowledge of Order Management, and Inventory.Knowledge of Ship and Debit and Price Protection modules. Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$48,658.33 - $68,750.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
