Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion OPM Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion OPM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring Oracle Fusion OPM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their performance management needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion OPM, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and configure Oracle Fusion OPM solutions for clients, including performance management, budgeting, and forecasting.Work closely with clients to understand their performance management needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and status updates.Provide training and support to clients on Oracle Fusion OPM, including best practices and troubleshooting.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Oracle Fusion OPM, including data migration, integration, and performance issues.Stay up-to-date with changes in Oracle Fusion OPM and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OPM solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion OPM, including implementation, configuration, and customization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Oracle Fusion OPM, as well as Microsoft Office and other software applications.Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to design and develop custom reports.Certification in Oracle Fusion OPM, such as Oracle Fusion OPM Certified Implementation Specialist, is an asset.Nice to Have:Experience with other Oracle Fusion products, such as Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Fusion HCM.Knowledge of cloud-based software applications and infrastructure.Experience with data migration and integration, including the ability to design and develop custom data interfaces.Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to $70,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 11550, Ciudad de México, CDMXExpected Start Date: 02/08/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
