Job DescriptionOracle HCM Functional HR, Workforce Mngt with TM and Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Support SpecialistOffer functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
Act as the first point of contact for functional issues, providing L# support and ensuring swift resolution of service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in line with organizational policies and procedures.
Conduct functional testing of new features, patches, and updates to ensure they meet business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation related to functional processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
