HAND concentrates on several industry verticals such as manufacturing, finance, trade, telecommunication, e-commerce, media, and real estate.**What we do**:- Finance- Supply Chain- Customer and Sales Operations- Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Participate in all phases of Oracle MFG& SCM project implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and training.- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and provide expert advice on Oracle MFG& SCM best practices.- Configure and customize Oracle MFG& SCM system to meet client's specific needs, including warehouse structure, master data, process flows, and integration with other Oracle modules.- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth transition and effective system utilization.**Additional Qualifications include**:- Should have at least 5+ years of experience- Experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing and Order Management/Shipping, Oracle Fusion/Cloud is a plus, but not required.- Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain implementations as a Functional Lead or Functional Solution Architect; in R12 environment.- Detailed knowledge of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.- Must possess strong leadership skills- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support- General consulting skills: self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude- Bachelor's degree in Business or BA/BS degree and relevant work experience- Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowing Chinese will be a huge Plus.- Can Travel between Mexico and the US.Work Location: Remote
