.Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with Oracle EBS Implementation and Support experience in all EBS Financials Modules. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Finance domain and functional proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, triaging issues, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA). You will be involved in both high-level and detailed solution design, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. This includes validating requirements with product offerings and working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience in Oracle EBS Projects including support and development in Financials Modules.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Luis Potosi (SLP) or Ciudad Juarez or be willing to relocate to these areas.Minimum of 1 support engagement experience as a financial consultant and desired to have at least 1 full implementation experience.Functional skills across Financial Modules for General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA) modules of Oracle EBS R12.2+ as mandatory and Cash Management (CE), Taxes (EBTAX) as nice to have.Liaison with other teams and coordination with offshore teams for custom development.Client-facing discussions.Production support and steady-state support.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP across manufacturing customers.Experience in Oracle implementation including development of integrations, custom reports, and extensions.Experience in large AMS engagements.Worked on Oracle Financials turnkey projects across the following areas would be a plus:Oracle EBS Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBTAX).Experience in custom mobile form design and testing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.The job may entail extensive travel.
