Our success is based on a proven implementation track record, industry leading domain expertise and unmatched talent in our delivery teams.We are currently seeking an Oracle Procurement Support Consultant for exciting cloud-based projects.Essential Duties:- Provide support to clients using Oracle Procurement Cloud, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner.- Collaborate with clients to understand their support needs and provide guidance on utilizing Oracle Procurement Cloud effectively.- Document and maintain support tickets, tracking issues and resolutions to ensure smooth operation of the Oracle system.- Work with oracle on service requests and ensure teams are updating SRs on na regular basis- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly service review meetings with client stakeholders- Project Management and collaboration with globally staffed teams including handover of tickets and providing guidance to teams on complex issues- Understanding of Service Level agreements and working with ticketing systems (JIra preferable)- Familiar with ITIL methodology for support.- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of Oracle Procurement Cloud features and functionalities.- Stay updated on the latest updates and patches released by Oracle, implementing them as necessary to ensure system security and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions for clients.Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role- 3+ Cloud implementation cycles- Wide range of ERP/SCM experience in different industry verticals such as Retail, Hitech or Manufacturing- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills- Expertise in the following Cloud modules - Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification y Procurement ContractsEEO StatementWe are committed to build diverse and inclusive teams and an equitable workplace for all our employees across the globe.Join our Talent CommunityDo not miss any opportunity to join Accelalpha.
