Technical Expertise
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Oracle WMS Functional Implementation/support experience including
- Functional experience in configuring the Oracle EBS R12 WMS application Inbound shipments, outbound shipments, Inventory Control and MSCA.
- Knowledge of Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship, and Shipment Transportation
- Inbound Process- Inbound shipments, checking in load, appointments, receiving options, put away and Outbound Process- Outbound orders, wave, picking, packing, pack with wave, outbound, LTL load management
- Understanding EBS Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement and other SCM Cloud Modules
- Understanding of Facility, item master configurations
- Should have knowledge on EBS Implementation cycles and Support processes
- Should have involved in client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module
Good To Have Skills
- Certification in Any SCM-WMS Module
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Oracle WMS Implementation/support.
- Provide architecture, solutions and configure Oracle SCM & WMS modules.
- Engage in discovery, requirement gathering,
solution design, development, and other project phases, creating deliverables.
- Gather and document business requirements; conduct fit-gap analysis, CRP, configuration, testing, training, cut-over, and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional specifications by analyzing customer business processes.
- Create and share knowledge artifacts within the team.
- Familiarity with production support processes, ticketing tools, SLAs & support metrics.
- Facilitate customer relationships with the support team; provide advice and assistance.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Preferred skills in business process improvement, process automation & creating SOPs.
- Maintain a proactive and responsive customer-focused approach.
