This includes generating the requisition to create the intercompany order, as well as tracking the shipping dates to the external packagers and the final shipment to the customer.In this position, you will work closely with the master production planner as well as packaging and Customer Service subcontractors to ensure on-time deliveries to the customer.Key Areas of ResponsibilityReception and management of the orders to be packed with subcontractors (Share the specs to supply the materials)Share schedule ship date + Delivery date to the subcontractors and Customer Service.Create Purchase requisition to generate the Internal Sales Order.Create Purchase Orders to the Packers as well as the shipments in the system to create the Delivery notes.Do the reception of the goods in the system.Follow the status of the order in the manufacturing and packaging sites.Track the arrival of the orders to the subcontractor and client.Minimum QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business+2 years of support experience in relevant Order Administration/Management, Customer Service or related field.Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, time management, materials forecasting management.Experienced in Oracle E-Business Suite or equivalent ERP systems is desirable.Fluent in English, both oral and written.
