**About this opportunity**:
**What you will do**:

- Define delivery strategies, aligning them with customer expectations in terms of cost, timeline, and specifications.
- Manage and oversee the registration of incoming customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Proactively monitor all aspects of the order to ensure timely acknowledgments and alignment with customer or project specifications.
- Assign and release products to relevant network activities, managing materials availability confirmations.
- Aid in the processing of invoices/credit notes relevant to purchase and non-purchase orders.
- Determine appropriate strategies and locations for returns by managing and controlling the receipt of faulty/excess material.
- Handle creation and registration of Customer Service Requests (CSR), determining acceptance or rejection criteria.
- Safeguard the timely execution of shipments from logistic service providers, ensuring the creation of Transport Service purchase orders.
