FLS is looking for a Customer Service - Order Coordinator to be a part of our Order Execution team in Monterrey.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, expediting and logistics to ensure on time delivery to our valued customers.
- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well updates to several customer portals.
- Maintain an open order log, tracking orders as they process through our ERP system.
- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.
- Build relationships with global colleagues and customers to create a fun and exciting environment that allows for growth within the organization.
What you bring
- Previous experience with order processing and execution
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- English fluency
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP.
- Logistics knowledge is a plus.
