Order Fulfillment Analyst (F/M/D)

Responsibilities Manage sales orders, warranties, repairs, escalations and inventory transfers to end customers and/or subsidiaries.
Maintain and update dates in system for delivery of orders.
Follow up on the status of planned orders week by week together with the production department, warehouse, shipping, sales.
Confirm orders to internal customers with shipment dates, providing the final date according to standard delivery times and/or any modifications to the originally notified date.
Identify risks that may delay delivery of orders so that they can be mitigated and communicated to the internal customer.
Follow up on purchase and production orders with the corresponding areas and if necessary expedite the process.
Follow up on backlog orders and work closely with the necessary departments to resolve possible order backlogs.
Place new production orders, for rework and/or scrap.
Consult with production planner on progress and changes needed, if applicable.
Align internal supply chain deliverables to delivery date based on regional service levels and/or delivery dates agreed with customers.
Clarify discrepancies between customer purchase orders and internal supply chain deliverables (purchasing, production, warehouse, design, etc.).
Qualifications Industrial, Mechanical engineering; bachelor's degree in administration or related.
Intermediate - Advances english.
Knowledge in Strategic planning, Supply chain, current Incoterms / SAP (ERP) (Preparation of sales orders, purchase requisitions, sales analysis).
