What you will be doing:Primary business consultant between Steelcase North America, Dealers and Field Sales dedicatedly mentoring and handling dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
Aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understands the health and well-being of the dealership through performance measures and plays the role of the dealer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement.Who you areRequired Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree Business, International Business, Commerce, International Relations or related.1 –3-year experience in a similar role.Advanced English, spoken and written.Preferred Skills and CompetenciesSAP knowledge is a plus.
Excel knowledge.Current VISA required.You are an effective communicator, written and verbal and are able to organize thoughts and information before sharing.Possesses good interpersonal skills to effectively modify dealer behavior to conform to the Accelerate order management model.
Demonstrate poise and confidence when presenting information to any size group.
Has ability to lead pre-order meetings with dealer and field sales contacts.You have the ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.Have an awareness of continuous improvement/Lean methodology.
