.**Order Fulfillment Consultant**We are hiring an **Order Fulfillment Consultant **who will be supporting with dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.**What you will be doing**:- This person is the primary business consultant between Steelcase North America, Dealers and Field Sales dedicatedly mentoring and handling dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.- Aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.- Understands the health and well-being of the dealership through performance measures and plays the role of the dealer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement.**Who you are****Required Skills and Competencies**- Bachelor's degree Business, International Business, Commerce, International Relations or related.- 1 -2 year experience in a similar role- Advanced English, spoken and written.- SAP knowledge is a plus- Current VISA required**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- You are an effective communicator, written and verbal and are able to organize thoughts and information before sharing.- You can use interpersonal communication skills to positively interact with a variety of people.- Possesses good interpersonal skills to effectively modify dealer behavior to conform to the Accelerate order management model.- Demonstrate poise and confidence when presenting information to any size group. Has ability to lead pre-order meetings with dealer and field sales contacts.- You have the ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.- Have an awareness of continuous improvement/Lean methodology.
