Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Main Responsibilities: As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order execution from receipt to shipment. Your diligence in following up on EDI, delivery creation, and shipment processes will guarantee timely order fulfillment. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate order execution, including EDI, delivery creation, and shipment.Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on order status.Analyze order execution data to identify and resolve any issues that may impact order fulfillment.Develop and implement process improvements to optimize order execution efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with SAP is a plus.
