We are hiring an
**Order Fulfillment Management Specialist** toensure accurate and timely processing of Designtex orders to establish and maintain an effective customer experience.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Maintain up to date on the Company's products, to enable timely and accurate assistance to Sales Representatives and customers.
- Setting up of new customer accounts, checking to ensure the account does not already exist and making sure to include all relevant info which is complete and accurate for the new account.
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry, including specifier and pricing information.
- Convert Quotes and Reserves to sales orders.
- Access order management folder as assigned.
- Attach purchase orders to Sales Order in Epicor and retain source documents.
- Process order changes & updates in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor open order report daily and confirm dates for performance to customer expectation and Designtex promise date, keeping schedule to promise.
- Communicate acknowledgement date changes to Sales Support.
- Send Proforma invoice and payment options to customer as requested.
- Arranging for fabric cuttings when requested by the customer.
- Engage in continuous personal improvement to pursue training and knowledge on Designtex products and processes.
- Provide feedback on process improvement to the team Manager and/or Process Lead
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, Logistics or related.
- Advanced English is a must.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software required.
- Ability to handle multi-problem situations within a limited timeframe.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately with no direct supervision.
- Ability to effectively organize workload to accomplish assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to recognize problems and act on them.
