Order Fulfillment Specialist T1

Description and Requirements Position Responsibilities:Perform PSD analysisPerform fulfillment functions such as release orders to ship, partial shipments, etc.Elaborate daily Backlog Reports for analysis that will help us provide visibility of the units available to build per day to extended teams.Follow up for critical components with GL / Procurement team.Maintain constant and efficient communication with own and other teams.Participate in weekly/daily calls.Manage NPI Backlog and follow up for Ship Support families.Answer inquiries from the NA Fulfillment team daily.Make decisions based on data.Position Requirements: 1 – 3 years of experience in supply chain management is a plusStrong Analytical and Reporting SkillsStrong Communication Skills - Fluent in EnglishStrong Organization and Technical SkillsAdvanced knowledge in SAPAdvanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFlexible schedulePreferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and organization skillsAbility to work across multiple organizationsSelf-motivatedSelf-DirectedAttention to detailsKnowledge of technology and components.
