- THE ROLE:
Develops vehicle order guides for multiple vehicle lines; Creates PCV's (Pre-Configured Vehicle) specs; Reviews/interprets PDL (Product Direction Letter) in order to create Order Guides; Takes active role in identifying and resolving infeasible orders.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Interface with PDL Writer and Product Planner on PDL issues.
- Review Order Guides for updates and revisions.
- Create market specific Order Guides.
- Act as liaison to ensure Order Guide and PDL concerns are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Attend PDL and Order Guide review meetings with Product Planners (current and future models) - As needed.
- Attend vehicle line launch and change control meetings - As needed.
- Assist with resolution of Sales Edits and Order Guide errors.
- Interact with Pricing on any unique content and deviation from Order Guides.
- Revise Order Guides as required due to PDL and/or Order Guide revisions.
- Support Direct and Affiliate markets.
- Analyze PDLs (current and future models).
- Act as Gatekeeper for all PCV requests.
- Run a PCV Summary Report to search for PCV's based on Order Guide revisions.
- Suspend PCV's
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Language Requirement: This position will have daily interaction with documents, systems and business partners and customers all in English.
Complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.
Skills Required: Demonstrate capability to develop order guides.
Must be detail-oriented, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable in all MS Office software.
Familiarity with ordering guides and related edits processes, and ability to analyze sales, ordering and customer data.
Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
