To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.- THE ROLE:To provide customers with efficient vehicle order processing, scheduling and invoicing, while minimizing Order-to-Delivery (OTD) cycle time.OUR IMPACT:- Review, coordinate and release orders to production sources- Identify order errors and work with appropriate activity to resolve build-ability issues- Point of contact for Business Unit and Affiliate order inquiries- Proforma invoice creation- Manage order process exceptions- Facilitate actions regarding: Order modifications & amendments, dealer and/or port diversions, and scheduling of orders, and system issues investigations- Manually coordinate the cancellation of orders- Investigate and solve issues related to orders being locked into a single status- Manually coordinate the spec changes & cancellation of orders- Manage cross-business unit and cross-production type (KD versus built-up) diversions- Manage inventory by ensuring all vehicles produced are invoiced prior to vehicle shipment- Coordinate and liaise with Credit Department, Dealers, and Business Units to ensure financial policies and contract stipulations are followed and financial coverage is in place prior to vehicle shipment- Re-invoice Dealer Orders as required to support shipping and/or credit changes, diversions, and COV (Certificate of Origin) needs- Manual Sales order creation when required- Report department Order-to-Delivery (OTD) metrics- Manage dealer profiles in support of maintenance (audits), new dealer launches, and new source launches- Review all Business Objects weekly and required special reports- Coordinate and maintain all audit related documentationWHAT YOU'LL NEED:**Language Requirement**: This position will have daily interaction with documents, systems and business partners and customers all in English. Complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.- **Primary Skills Required**:- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships with diverse groups- Enjoys complexity, problem solving and issue resolution- Desirable systems knowledge & experience with: GOaLS, CONCEPS, VISTA/ORBIT, QAD, GEVIS/NAVIS/DRIN**Additional Skills Preferred**: Experienced user in all MS Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
