In this role, you'll oversee the entire process of customer purchase orders—from their generation to their delivery—ensuring that service levels align with the company's strategies and objectives.
Reporting directly to the manager, you will be based on-site in Querétaro, Mexico. This position offers the chance to work closely with various departments to validate inventory, coordinate invoicing, and manage delivery specifications, while also providing support in addressing any delivery issues.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting: Validation of customer purchase orders (Idocs, Quotation, available inventories, quantities, validity, system errors, etc). Leadership : Coordination with the different areas of the company (Credit and Collections, Replenishment, Transportation, Operations, Demand), to ensure invoicing, in a timely manner and meeting the delivery specifications of each client. Organization : Validation of on-hand inventory based on allocation by customer/channel. Collaboration and teamwork: Close communication with Call Centers to provide follow-up and support in any delivery incident (rejections, late receipt, etc). We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, LAE. Regarding technical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory. SAP/BPC skills are highly desirable. What's Next
