Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Order Management Specialist located in Juarez south Campus.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Order Management Specialist will be responsible for provides operational support to Customer Sales Representative, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales and acts as a liaison between sales and other departments.

What a typical day looks like:

- Receive customer orders on ERP system.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Provides timely and accurate invoicing.
- Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates.
- Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved.
- Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors.
- Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- Experience in tracking sales orders and shipments.
- Inventory review.
- Experience in dealing with customers, materials, traffic and logistics.
- English Advanced.
