We also value the flexibility and autonomy to balance work and personal needs in a way that works best for _you._**_ How you'll make your mark:_**- _ Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence._- _ Provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel._- _ Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope._- _ Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience._- _ Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts._- _ Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters._**_About you:_**- **_ Currently enrolled in University Bachelor's (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) At least in the 5th semester of the University with a focus in: Administration, Economics, Systems & Administration OR equivalent_**:- _ 0-1 years of overall experience_- _ Excellent verbally and writing skills in English are _**_REQUIRED _**:- _Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations.
